Reports and Graphs are managed in an intuitive, dynamic environment.
Starting at the Report or Graph control form, the Report or Graph is selected and then
related parameters or criteria are set prior to viewing or printing. Only parameters
or criteria related to the report or graph are available.
Graph drill down is available starting with Access version 2002.
The already significant Graphing and Reporting abilities of Access can be greatly enhanced with
the Visual Basic for Applications programming engine. One type of enhancement is
highlighting report values that fall into a range set by the user. (Lab reports are a good
use of this feature.). Also, Graph data points can be highlighted.
